1man, no truck	$50.00/hour	Generally for in-house moves / AC installations
2 men, no truck	$95.00/hour	1 hour minimum local, 2 hrs beyond 10 miles (more or less) and 2 hour minimum to go to Boston
3 men, no truck	$125.00/hour	1 hour minimum local, 2 hrs beyond 10 miles (more or less) and 2 hour minimum to go to Boston
4 men, no truck	$155.00/hour	2 hour minimum

 

ADD TRUCK:

$100.00 flat for radius of 5 miles (more or less)

$150.00 flat for radius of 6-15 miles

$175.00 flat for over 16-50 miles

Over 50 miles priced according to distance

 

Travel time:  No travel time in either direction for moves within 10 miles. 

 

For moves beyond 10 miles:  Clock starts when we arrive at point of origin.  Clock stops at completion of unload at final destination, plus travel time back to office according to distance.

 

Example:  Customer is moving from Cambridge to Acton.  Clock starts when we arrive in Cambridge.  Clock stops when we finish up move in Acton.  We then add $50.00 to that total to cover our travel time back to Arlington.

 

NOTE:  There are many circumstances that affect the final price of the move such as traffic delays, inclement weather, incomplete packing/preparation, difficult access, long walks to truck, and other circumstances beyond our control.
